Moreover, these phenomena increase and become serious with the increase of vehicle speed, and they are easy to occur when the vehicle speed changes suddenly. The failure performance and reasons are as follows:
A abnormal noise
1. The frustration and “chattering” noise generated during the car starting, clutch shifting, instantaneous acceleration and deceleration are mainly caused by looseness between components;
2. "Zizi, flapping" abnormal noises generated during extreme large-angle cornering. This is mainly the rapid vibration sound of the dust cover falling / popping due to the dust cover being squeezed / extended, and the intermediate shaft. Interference friction with the case, etc.
3. Periodically make noise during driving, the louder the sound is, the higher the speed is, the more severe it is, the main body is trembling. This is mainly caused by the large beating of the drive shaft, centrifugation and resonance frequency when rotating at high speed;
B jitter
a. The vehicle body trembles at a certain speed during driving, the driver's cab vibrates, and the steering wheel feels numb. This is mainly due to the various drive trains of the vehicle chassis and driving.
Due to the problem of matching between components, a certain range of speed per hour is likely to cause resonance jitter.
b. The vehicle body trembles during driving. The higher the speed per hour, the more severe the vibration. This is mainly caused by the large run-out of the drive shaft and centrifugation and resonance during high-speed rotation.
c. The wear of each connection port (spline, thread, etc.) of the drive shaft produces clearance, and the internal components of the constant velocity universal joint wear, causing loose vibrations and other driving vibrations.
