A. Visual inspection (visual inspection)
Oil leakage / Dust cover damage / Overall deformation
1. Visually inspect the entire drive shaft for bumps, scratches, breakages, and bending deformation caused by external forces;
2. Visually check whether there is oil leakage at the mouth and end of the dust cover, whether the clamp is normal, and whether the dust cover has expansion / depression deformation, etc .;
B, operation check (feel)
Operational flexibility
1. Hold the constant velocity universal joint rod around the center of the circle for large / small angle rotation with your hand to check whether there is interference or stuck phenomenon
2. Hold the intermediate shaft of the constant velocity universal joint in your left hand, and hold the telescopic end universal joint rod in the right hand to make a small angle around the intermediate shaft and make telescopic sliding to check whether there is interference or stagnation;
C, clearance check (feel)
Circumferential clearance / axial clearance (ie looseness)
1. Use left and right hands to grasp the fixed end / retractable end with positive and negative forces to feel the rotation clearance of the assembly;
2. Grasp the intermediate shaft with one hand and the axial force at the fixed end universal joint with one hand to feel the clearance of movement;
