A seepage / leak
1. The dust cover is broken, causing the grease to leak out;
2. The clamps of the dust cover are not fastened tightly, resulting in leakage of lubricating oil and grease;
B abnormal sound
1. Gear shift abnormal noise;
2. Abnormal sound when changing the limit angle; 3. Abnormal sound when driving at low speed (speed ≤60km / h);
4. Abnormal noise when driving at high speed (speed ≥80km / h);
C jitter
1. The concentricity of the constant velocity universal joint is large, and the round runout of the intermediate shaft of the transmission shaft is large;
2. The constant velocity universal joint does not match with its matching parts, and there is a matching gap;
3. Jitter when driving at low speed (speed ≤60km / h);
4. Jitter when driving at high speed (speed ≥80km / h);
D No torque output
1. The shell, the cage, the star sleeve and the three pin shaft are broken;
2. The intermediate shaft is broken;

Interrelationships among fault phenomena
1. The four types of ABCD phenomena are not only gradual in severity, but also four stages of deterioration.
2. The abnormal sound / jitter of the product may not cause oil leakage, but the oil leakage of the product will inevitably cause abnormal noise / jitter.
3. Abnormal sound is the second stage of product failure, which is caused by abnormal abrasion between mating parts (such as poor lubrication after oil leakage).
4. After abnormal wear, a gap (open space) will be generated, which will increase the jump of the entire shaft and cause jitter.
5. Long-term abnormal wear and tear, when a certain part of each fitting reaches its strength limit, it ruptures, and then cannot transmit torque.
